We would love to treat our seniors to breakfast before Track & Field Day on Wednesday, April 22nd. We’ll be eating at 8:00 AM at the pavilion beside the FFA building before events begin.
If you’d like to help, we would appreciate donations of items such as donuts, muffins, breakfast casseroles, fruit, bacon, granola bars, milk, juice, and/or paper products. If you’re willing to contribute, please email what you’d like to send that morning to mccormac@clintonsd.org.
Thank you for helping make this a great morning for our seniors!
The senior cookout will be held Friday, May 1, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the high school cafeteria. Senior parents are encouraged to bring a dessert. Desserts will be dropped off at the beginning of the cookout.
With a 95% teacher retention rate, our educators are choosing to stay, serve, and invest in our students every day.
That consistency matters, and it's one more reason Clinton is a great place to learn and grow.
We would love to show you firsthand what makes Clinton great. Contact Superintendent Tim Smith smitht@clintonsd.org to schedule a tour.
The school choice deadline is June 1st, school choice paperwork can be found by going to www.clintonsd.org. We hope you make the choice to choose Clinton.

Summer EBT provides $120 of extra grocery benefits to qualifying families with school-aged children in our community over the summer. Last year, Summer EBT helped 336,000 kids in Arkansas access healthy food while they were out of school. Summer EBT works alongside Summer Meals to keep kids nourished all summer long. Check to see if you’re eligible for Summer EBT. Many children will receive Summer EBT automatically, but some will need to apply. Students ages 5-17 receiving SNAP, TEA, Medicaid Free, or Medicaid Reduced during the current school year should be automatically enrolled. Other students should check to see if they are eligible and need to apply.
You can quickly check eligibility using the QR code below, or at

If you’re eligible, you can sign up online at access.arkansas.gov.

your child healthy and prepared for the upcoming school year.
All medical documentation, including diet orders, medication orders, Asthma Action Plans, Allergy
Action Plans, and other healthcare plans, must be updated and submitted each school year. Please
note that orders from the 2025–2026 school year will expire and will not be valid for the 2026–2027
school year.
Summer break is an excellent time to schedule your child’s medical appointments to ensure that all
required documentation, including medication orders, treatment plans, procedures, and
immunizations, are current prior to the start of the new school year.
If your child has an immunization exemption, please begin the renewal process over the summer to
ensure all required documentation is submitted by the first day of school in August. The application
can be completed online at the following link:
https://onlineimmunizationexemption.adh.arkansas.gov/WebsiteContent/Home-Page.aspx
Additionally, please make arrangements to pick up any unused medications from the nurse’s office by
the last day of school. This includes inhalers, EpiPens, prescription medications, and over-the-
counter medications. The school is unable to store medications over the summer. Any medications
not picked up within 10 days after the last day of school will be disposed of in accordance with proper
safety guidelines.
If your child will require medication or medical care at school next year, please ensure all forms are
completed and signed by a healthcare provider and parent/guardian prior to the first day of school.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all
students. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the school nurse. The
nurse’s office will reopen the first week of August, and updated forms may be dropped off at that time
or brought on the first day of school.
Thanks,
